About the Company

Zimyo an award-winning HCM company offers businesses an end-to-end platform for HR, payroll, performance, engagement, and employee benefits in the HR Tech space. With their innovative solutions they have made life easier for HR leaders.

The Challenge

Zimyo’s recruitment process consisted of screening resumes and conducting in-person interviews. Based on the interview, the offer letters were extended. However, the recruitment team realized that most of the candidates did not possess the skills listed on their resumes. This meant that the Hiring Manger’s time was wasted on irrelevant candidates.

They were looking for a solution to optimize their recruitment process and help them reduce time and costs.

The Solution

Zimyo wanted to expand its technical team and looked at multiple assessment partners to team up. What impressed them the most about iMocha is the length and breadth of our skills library and the ease of the entire process. Our customer success team helped them create assessments for Node.js developers, frontend developers, and backend developers. Once this was done, the recruitment team sent out invites to candidates. The evaluation results clearly indicated the top performers who could be shortlisted for the interview rounds. In doing so, the company ensured that only relevant candidates made it to the further rounds, thus saving the time of their Hiring Managers.

The Result

Zimyo managed to expand its technical team from 5 to 20 in a short span using iMocha. They also saw a 50% reduction in their hiring time as the assessments filtered out irrelevant candidates at the start of the process. Their hiring managers, too, are happy with the quality of candidates shortlisted for interviews.
