The Challenge : Identifying job fit candidates

ECS’ India office was looking to hire for ServiceNow Developer and Quality Analyst (QA) roles. Their recruiting team was having trouble finding qualified candidates. They spent a huge amount of time screening potential candidates, only to find that their skills weren’t up to par with what the organization needed. The pen and paper tests were not that effective and it was a time-consuming process. The candidates had to come to the office to give the tests, hiring managers were required to evaluate their results, and then shortlist candidates for interview. This meant that the hiring managers ended up spending a lot of time on the recruitment process which affected their projects as well.

Their Hiring Managers were no longer required to manually review assessments, freeing up their time to focus on client projects. Remote proctoring meant that they no longer needed candidates to reach their office to take the test.
