About

Customer Success Analyst are the people who serve as a point of contact for conducting and managing implementations for new customers and custom work for ongoing accounts. In this particular role, they must be customer service oriented, providing implementation support to customers in an efficient, accurate manner. Customer Success Analyst must be responsible for managing day-to-day customer needs for a segment of the product portfolio.
