Q 1. A junior product manager brings you the market research results of nutrition planning apps for your feedback. How will you evaluate if this research is good?
The research is very detailed and contains lots of statistics and numerical data with a list of sources.
The analyzed companies are similar to the company you work at; they are of the same size, age, and geographical area. The research is focused and covers the most "paying back" points.
The research was done in a very short time. It is beautifully designed and well-presented.
After comparing the researched companies to yours, check if the major market players are included.

Q 2. You are working on scheduling the customer interviews and need to ascertain a time limit for each customer. Which time duration will you choose and why?
Thirty minutes or less per interview because this is the optimal time to discuss questions from the list, and it is recommended by the best product management practices.
Fifteen minutes because my schedule is hectic, and I cannot spend more time.
One hour, because I need to define as many details as possible during the interview with the customers.
Depending on the customer's background details, I will individually plan a time limit for every person.

Product Design (Overall Design, CX)

Difficulty:

Q 3. Your stakeholders have a new client who wants the design of a hospital management app, with all the other work done by the developers on the client's team. You have all the specifications and you need to design the calendar where the doctors can set up invitations and reminders for the patients. What will you do first?
I will start making the UI kit and set the first meeting with the client to agree upon the major elements because the UI kit is a basic element for the design, like the API model is for the backend.
I will discuss the specification with the designers and outline the main user stories, which should be included in the calendar. We will do wireframes, allocate them into "click dummy," and get feedback from the client. Then, we will proceed to design detailing.
I will ask the business analyst to prepare detailed user stories and cover all the questions with the client so that we can start making wireframes and UI kits.
Based on the specification, I will create a set of wireframes and then discuss user stories with the client. When the client approves the user stories, I will give them to the designer for inspiration.

“We realized that to acquire quality talent, our recruitment process was in dire need of automation. Too many of our technical team were simply wasting hours conducting interviews that did not yield the desired results. For us, the foremost criteria was to find a recruitment partner who could tick all the right boxes.”
